Stephanie Richards, MD
Dr. Stephanie Richards has been practicing family medicine since 1997. She is originally from Woodstock, a small town in New Brunswick, Canada. She graduated from University of New Brunswick in Fredericton with her Bachelor of Science majoring in Biology. She attended medical school at the University of Ottawa in Ottawa, Ontario. Her residency in Family Medicine was done at Memorial University of Newfoundland.
Dr Richards has resided in Vancouver, Washington since 2000. She has learned to appreciate the winter rain and admits to visiting Government Camp from time to time to get her snow fix.
She is eager to return to full family medicine as she recently left a family care urgent medical setting. She is a firm believer in preventative care and prides herself in being a good listener. She works with patients to treat their medical conditions, implementing conservative treatments before prescribing medications. She enjoys treating children and adults but admits to having a soft spot for older patients
